Woltman 90DR: on-site drilling and casting of foundations of an apartment complex

This apartment building consists of 50 apartments and and one shop in the centre of Beverwijk between the Breestraat and the Meerstraat. By choosing DPA piles drilled using the Woltman 90DR, noise pollution for local residents is kept to a minimum and the surrounding buildings are not affected by vibrations in the ground. The 155 piles guarantee sufficient bearing capacity for this 4-storey building.

The 90DR is standard equipped with a Stage V Cat C18 engine. DPA piles were chosen in this project, but the 90DR can be used multifunctionally, partly due to its high torque of 500 kNm, for various techniques such as soil displacement piles, CFA piles, pile driving and vibratory techniques.
