Abu Qir port project in Egypt

This vast project includes the reclamation of 1,000 hectares of new land, the deepening of the port’s approach channel and the dredging of a turning basin. The marine works include 6,800 m of quay walls for new berths, 8,800 m of breakwaters, and soil improvement works. Thank you Matthijs Wigman for these great pictures.
