Upending Vibratory Hammers

A tilting vibratory hammer can pick up a horizontally stored tube. This is a unique, time-saving idea! With this in mind, we designed an upending solution. The vibration process can start immediately after picking up the horizontal tube, tilting into a vertical position and lifting and positioning. Doing this all at once not only saves a lot of time; it also saves you extra lifting-handling capacity.

Not only have foundations become larger, caissons bigger in diameter but als the piles are getting longer and wider. The result of this is a change in demand for wider range of hammers. Also pile handling becomes more important. Dieseko Group responds to this demand by introducing innovative solutions and new additions to our wide range of high performance Vibratory Hammers.

Vibro technology is a proven method for fast and accurate pile driving

A Vibratory Hammer is made up of a vibrating gear case connected by elastomers to the suppressor head. The top part of the hammer does not vibrate and can be safely hoisted by a crane. The vibratory hammer is a mechanical sine-wave oscillator with weights rotating eccentrically in opposite directions. The effect of the vibrations is an oscillating vertical force classified to frequency and amplitude. Vibratory hammers work by eliminating soil resistance acting on the pile.

Our innovations are driven by our customers needs and our desire to provide solutions with tangible benefits. A major breakthrough, patented, Dieseko innovation is the upending idea. We developed an add-on upending mechanism applicable for most types of Vibratory Hammers.

Upending and driving in one sequence
Due to tilting, the vibratory hammer is able to clamp onto a horizontally stored pile, to lift the pile and, to drive the pile vertically without any other handling operations.

  • Highly efficient
  • Huge time savings, thus cost savings
  • Makes your machine suitable for multiple applications
  • Can be applied both onshore and offshore
