Port of Szczecin projects

The Dębicki Canal and Kaszuby Basin region in the Port of Szczecin are the first big improvement projects of Szczecin harbour. All of these investments are related to the main project regarding Deepening of waterway from Świnoujście (Baltic Sea) to the Harbour of Szczecin.

Above mentioned areas will be widened and deepened and several of its wharves rebuilt. This is part of a series of projects to enable the port to accommodate larger vessels and handle more cargo. The scope of works is approx. 3.7km of heavy quaywalls to be executed and approx. 2.5 million m3 of soil to be dredged.

Dieseko Polska supplies various equipment for these projects: starting with PVE 9NL free-suspended Impact Hammer and various Vibratory Hammers (2319M, 23RF, 40VM) and Hydraulic Power Packs. The tubes are pre-installed with vibro technology and finally driven by the impact hammer. All piles are on design depth.
We are proud to be part of this economically important project in Poland!
