About Pile Lifting Device
The Pile Lifting Device (PLD) is fixed on the extraction head of the Vibratory Hammer, and is connected to the positioning hole on the pile by a chain. The pile head is automatically lifted into the clamping plate of the fixture through the lifting of the hydraulic cylinder, realizing the function of pile alignment. This process only takes about 1 minute (speed can be adjusted according to customer needs). This system improves the efficiency of the pile.
The system requires a separate hydraulic system, integrated in the Power Pack.
