Dieseko is Founding the Future!

With a sustainable future in mind and, to contribute to emission-free construction sites in 2030, Dieseko focuses on the development of sustainable foundation equipment. Our 'Founding the Future' vision and innovative solutions make us a pioneer in a market where many developments lie ahead.

We have entered partnerships with several specialist parties. For example, we combine our expertise in foundation equipment with partners in the field of electrification and battery technology. To make our vision tangible, we focus on five areas:

Founding the Future

Noise reduction

Contractors are asking for solutions to noise pollution in the city and on the construction site. Local residents and fauna experience hinderance and increasingly restrictive measures are imposed for the maximum noise level. We supply solutions for noise reduction of the power pack and use a noise screen when installing foundation profiles with a vibratory hammer.

Low-vibration or vibration-free

The vibrations caused by pile-driving equipment can pose a risk. For example, pile driving in the vicinity of hospitals, monumental buildings, or chemical plants requires a cautious approach. Dieseko offers various high frequency but low-resonance, and even completely vibration free installation solutions.

Zero emission

The electrification of machines is of great importance in our sustainability strategy. Fossil fuels do not fit into any roadmap to the future. Dieseko wants to contribute to the ambition to build emission-free equipment by 2030. Therefore, our first emission-free machines will become available this year. We focus on Power Packs, piling and drilling rigs, electrically powered amphibious excavators, and dredge pumps. Earlier sustainable solutions that we have already developed are the Stop-Start system avoiding idling and a Condition Monitoring System.

Remote monitoring

Dieseko Group offers a Remote Access system for Power Packs. This system improves Overall Equipment Effectiveness and reduces the need for our service engineers to travel.  Both for new machines as well as a retrofit for used machines, this option is available. Additionally, condition monitoring and remote-control modules are available to analyse engine data, remotely repair, and plan maintenance.

Offshore foundations

Vibro technology makes important contributions to offshore wind foundations: through the speed of installation and handling, but primarily because it is relatively quiet and high frequency but low-resonance installation method. Therefore, it is less harmful to the marine biotope. As a result, we are now seeing a sea-change in offshore wind foundation methods. Fifteen years ago, we installed the first anchor piles in the seabed. And soon, we will be using our largest vibratory block ever built to install monopiles in the sea for giant wind turbines.
