Why the 815D?
After so many years of optimization, it was time to improve some details structurally, to surpass the existing 815, of course.
The heart is the same: the gearcase is similar to the 815C. But we have improved the performance, efficiency and lubrication. It is now also easier to service the machine. Dynamic weight decreased by 850 kg resulting in a higher amplitude, and transport weight is reduced by almost 1000 kg. The lubrication is redesigned and now integrated into the gearcase. This limits the number of vulnerable hoses outside the vibratory hammer and reduces the risk of machine downtime.
Interchangeability
Using the same gear case interior and the bottom plate, most of the wear & tear parts are completely interchangeable with existing clamps, beams and adapter plates.
Appearance
Also, the outside of the machine has been taken care of and resulted in a fresh new look keeping the characteristics of the 815C in mind.
